Jim has a new book out You've heard of "The Wealthy Barber" but be on the lookout for Jim and JP's new co-autobiography hitting the shelves, "The Wealthy Vac Truck". Follow their simple 3 step process to SUCK the cash out of any public company you run.
1. Bloated Salary. Make sure to reference "Black-Scholes Model" because a company that generates less than a million dollars revenue certainly qualifies to follow this model. Totally legit way of paying yourself a hilariously unreasonable salary.
2. Share based compensation. Millions, and I'm talking MILLIONS of shares and warrants. Make sure to hand them out to everyone listed as a "strategic" consultant too, because why not. Don't worry about the exercise price, we'll just reset it when the share price tanks to make sure we can still cash out. Why would the company pay you, not like we make any money, let the market pay you!
3. Two letters, R and D. Most people don't even know what it stands for, but it sounds important right? Pump as much cash and credit card purchases into R&D as you can. This is the gravy train that will line your pockets for years before investors even notice. $5500 Costco shopping spree? R&D guys, come on!
The results might not pay off right away, but stick with it, for like 18 years, and I swear you'll retire very rich on absolutely NO success, like literally none, at all, a complete failure. Goodluck!
