Lie Upon Lie, Upon Lie.....
The most recent financials provide a clear picture as to just how out of control and desparate this company, its management and board really is.
So, not only do they have to provide free replacements for every unit they ever deliver, they are now suing each other over something as simple as an order!
Payne is now finally reaping what he has sewn these many years, and the ugliness of it all it is being exposed publicly thanks to the only thing any shareholder can (almost) rely on....... an audit.....
Mirror, mirror on the wall..... Who is the greediest of them all? .......
FYI, Pretty sure that its David Bridge that is suing DYA for constructive dismissal etc....in the amount of $679,400
So who is brains behind their software development now? Probably nobody!!
