Oh man, sometimes I just can't take the opinion and speculation on this board...

A shareholder in a control position is obligated by TSX rules to make the announcement of their intention to sell quantity from a control position. They are not obligated to name the price. Your speculation about Len doing the announcement to 'hold down the price' in order to buy more stock is so disingenous it is hilarious.

And someone who has more time on their hands should do a historical search of the number of IR firms Enterprise has hired over the years to 'get the word out'. It is at least 5 firms in the last 5 or 6 years. Enterprise loves to promote their stock. Just count the number of firms that Enterprise has retained... the market is well aware of this company.
