Capital allocation fiasco

Capital allocation fiascoAfter diluting their stock by indiscrimately acquiring and issuing shares, the company has the audacicity to turn around and state that profitabilit is down because of outsourcing. What was the management thinking. Then they go on to add that the current situation is going to be partly corrected by capes. How are they going to correct the whole situation? By issuing more shares or taking on more debt. This does not give me much confidence in management.
