RE:RE:RE:thoughts on the warrants E.wt that expire December 2015?

RE:RE:RE:thoughts on the warrants E.wt that expire December 2015?Just common sense on the math of the warrants.  Generally speaking the warrants are the reward for the kiss they give to the company for their money.  If things go well, the holders of the warrants get another chance to double down so to speak.

I personally see the time value of these warrants as moot.  This is a cyclacle buisiness with the big announcemnets on eps coming in the last quarter (which didn't happen), this quarter, and possibly the next.

With little indicating that the stock has any future of going parabolic at this time the only hope you have of any interest is a surprise announcement or two going forward.  Once break-up hits, and  Enterprise earnings are known going into the slow season, I see very little hope for these regardless of the amount of calendar days left on the warrants.

As per your example: -  Common goes to .80 and all you guys who purchased now or in the past are either way ahead or breaking even.  Not parabolic like last year but at least everybody can sleep.
-Now to justify a .20c warrant, there has to be hope that the stock will hit                                             1.20 just to break even.

                                      - With this company that "hope" lies in the winter months, and  I don't                                                    believe its there.

As stated before, these warrants were given out, and the owner(s) tendered them for trade.  I purchased when this was a momentum stock and 1.50-1.75 was the 12 month number.  The warrants only hit .44 I believe.  Warrants reflect real interest with real money, thusly they are a harder judge on value than the analysts lol!

And they are very illiquid.  There is somebody that holds at least a million of these out there that might just want another 200 000 bucks. Will he dump before your ask right down to 5c?  I think so.

Who know, maybe something miraculous happens.  I have enough left that at this price it's not worth selling.  But the large holding I had is gone because I didn't have it in me to wait another year.  I think you nailed it with your last paragragh.  But they are illiquid enough that maybe the bid goes up to .20 for a bit.  But look at the past volume and see how many days it went over 100 000?  It took me a long time to deal with mine.

I wish you luck.
