You've managed to accumulate 22 ignores since november 18th. That must be some kind of stockhouse record. I'll applaud you for that. Bashing seems to be a general hobby for you. The comment about the pipelines might be the only one you've made worth noting. At least you have some common sense. Unfortunately there are posters on here with a lot less patience than myself who don't put up with your nonsense. Hence racking up ignores like they're going out of style
Have you ever seen an energy industry MSA? These 'contracts' are 100% renegotiable by the operators, provide zero volume guarantees, and are entirely to the benefit of the energy companies. Hart and Westar's equipment can be replaced within 12 hours of somebody offering a light tower or genset at $5 less per day if cost cutting initiatives start and E tries to pound their chest on the security of their 'contract'. Same goes for Arctic Therm - doing zero pipeline expansion work and take a walk through the next Calgary oil and gas show - flameless heaters are the new rig mats. Everybody's got them.
This isn't to say that the sky is falling, but the second the drill bit stops turning for the winter (and it will NOT be a long winter drilling season - either late to start or early to finish), the equipment is going to sit. Don't count on that equipment getting paid for by any O&G company in spite of what E may posture as their 'contract' suggesting.
