So they have not sold the business & it does not look like they are taking the company private so the slow road back to legitimacy. ECN will hold its annual Investor Day on Wednesday, March 8 ...more

Yes! It would be hard to swallow a buy out under $6.00. Hopefully the company will step in shortly & buy millions of shares to be cancelled!

5.2 mil shares traded today

But 4.79 mil. shares went through at the very end of the day. Hopefully ECN is finally buying & cancelling shares. We shalle see in the next couple days if such a thing finally happened.

Overall, the markets have performed poorly as most indexes are upwards of -20% for the year.  ECN is down over 50% for the year and no signs of a solid bottom.  Even up days on the market ...more
