There is a response to this 5i statement on their website which corrects their statement that the sold division was the fastest growing by far. The 5i people admitted that was old data from 2020

I did some reading and listened to their investor call... the math is ex-dividend you are getting the other half (of which Triad is an affordable housing piece) for $3.50 and the first half being sold

No expert - but the business they sold represents over half the revenue of ECN - so guess what is going to happen when it goes ex dividend.
