Sales multiplesTake the ECN sales numbers for the 6 months ended June 30th. Double them to get an approximation for the whole year. Would be higher as the company is growing, but it gives you a rough number for some comparisons. Prior to the sale, the whole company was trading at roughly 10 times sales. The sold division was sold for roughly 20 times sales. At the current share price, minus the $7.50 dividend, the shares of the remaining company, which includes about 60% of the company's sales, are trading at only about 4 times sales.
