MS Discount to Cash/Share

MS Discount to Cash/ShareI'm putting this post here because I cannot figure out how to access the MS board when I'm logged in.  I sold my MS and redeployed the cash to SDI when they started offering that fabulous 50 cent price for any quantity you wanted.  I originally liked MS because they are selling for a hefty discount to their cash/share value.  I assumed part of the discount was because the Market figured MS would have to sweeten the price they are paying for SDI.  However, since that is no longer necessary, anyone want to bet how much of the discount goes away?  And if that isn't the reason for the discount, what else are people afraid they will blow their cash on?  Aside from their million dollar salaries.
