The only reason you would care if they promoted or not is if you wanted to sell before FDA approval or the data is published. The stock isn't going anywhere until then. From there its a zero or a hero. The people that own all the stock want the share price as low as possible so they can continue to accumulate through cheap financing. Go to sleep for a month your relentless. When the good data comes the market will revalue the company and we will get attention whether the large shareholders like it or not.
