RE:You may want to keep this link in your DDJosh,
I hate to be a nervous nelly but I don't think the company or Dr. Walker have done anything nefarious. The results of the trial did not pan oas expected according to the "new" plan submitted to the FDA with their approval.
They thought they were on the right track but obviously something went awry.
There was interesting % given out on the company website, so they must have known some results or were they using other data (i.e. from Europe, if so, then that would constitue a big problem, imo).
I think SWYG has even couched his opinion of the good doctor after being a firm believer for years.
I've resigned myself to this loss (on paper) but won't sell just to remind myself, how a "sure" thing is never sure! Greed in the eyes of those involved thinking it would go to 5, 10, 20$!!!
Given the volume was so low %-wise, I should have recognized the positive tone was just wishful thinking, not knowledge.
Hopefully they find some 'golden nuggets' in their mountain of data and release some 'interesting' tidbits for us small investors, SOON.
Years ago I told SWYG, (actually one of his earlier monikers), that we are just peons in the whole scope of things and I hope to ride on the coat tails of the rich and famous.
Hopefully time will tell a positive outcome but I'mnot holding my breath.

Enjoy life and be thankful you don't have sepsis, which doesn't seem to have a great outcome no matter what program your doctor plans!!
