RE:I can talk "recruitment woes", but I'll let the marketing...Given our safety profile, including 300K patients, and our clear advantage for those with "non culturable bacteria"..... it sholud be stated that any joy taken in weak recruitment is wrong on multiple levels and calls into question both your interest here and your character.
Anti-biotics are of no value to these patients, there is no bacterial infection. We have consistently produced an absolute benefit in this group of > 20% and a relative benefit in the 50% range. 9,11,13 and 15 patients need not be laughed at or ridiculed for monetary benefit. We should scrutinizing the process and asking the FDA what is going on? There are about 1/3 of the 350,000 severely septic patients that fall into this unique group that could really be helped by PMX. Yeah, keep ridiculing and laughing you fraud, maybe somebody will decide not to throw 10k on the #12 horse before it wins the FDA Triple Crown. Shameful behaviour.
IMHO of course and good luck to all!
