RE:Who sold the 200k warrants to insiders at $X?The SEDI site is very interesting. The Original transaction filing date by Seto for the 100,000 $0.45 warrants was April 22 2021 per the SEDI site. Thus it was an exercise of those warrants by Seto on April 22 2021 which would be after they had expired on April 20 2021.
The Amended transaction filing by Seto for the 100,000 $0.45 warrants was an Amended transaction date of April 20 2021 which is just in the nick of time for exercise as they expired at the end of that day.
Very confusing...
