RE:Spectral Medical Inc. Announces Overnight Marketed OfferingThese guys never let an opportunity pass by to disappoint the shareholders.. 

We had high hopes for the current CEO because of his market and investment banking background but then we have today's news release.. 

What happened about raising funds through PP of Dialco. ??.  Seems more dilution at really cheap prices.. 

I for one have stopped adding here.. Will keep my current sizable position until the cow comes home but no plans to add.. 

Not a happy camper..
