Your first 5 paragraphs show how incompetent (does that equal fraud or if you don't know any better, it doesn't count?) the Company (IR, BofD, Management and link to Paradigm) is.
Those don't give any reason for someone to invest and it is like you are doing #2. And you think I'm a negative Nelly!!
