RE:Maybe pump and dump MM should buy Ahhh
Welcome back Stocktree. Thought maybe you had sold based on your negative feelings towards the Company, but I guess there is more to your agenda (kinda like in the case of Hmmmm).
Speaking of "dumb stances" how has your on-line BB, "expressions of discontent" been working out for you so far? Have you taken your concerns directly to Mgt and the Board?
You are correct that I have expressed discontent on various matters here. Mainly to do with a lack of PR & visibility, and highly dilutive financings. The difference is, through my group, many members have reached out directly to varioius Mgt members including the BoD to express their concerns.
The difference between me (and our group) and you & your fellow anti-Mgt. SH posters (some would say im-posters) is, IMHO, that we:
- use deductive reasoning to arrive at underlying valuation, rather than judge everything by current SP (especially for a late stage small Cdn Company, running a confirmatory RCT Trial, during a pandemic, which is, nevertheless "exceeding expectations"). Markets misprice assets all the time, especially off-the-radar Biotechs incubating in Canada, during a pandemic.
- consider any and all factors that may be impacting SP performance besides those factors directly under the control of Mgt.
- consider other motivations (on the part of Mgt. and significant equity investors) that may be impacting SP performance in the ST
- take a LT throughful and insightful approach to valuation vs a ST emotional and inciteful one.
You should try it sometime.
Have a nice day.
MM

His dumb stance against posters voicing their discontent about this company's management (which he also does on a constant basis) is dispicable.
