I won't/can't provide the exact numbers but just know SAMI is their preferred model going forward, although we don't know how large the first tranche of SAMI units will be.
I spent a lot of time researching and made quite a few calls before gobbling 900,000 shares since the deal was announced.
It will represent a sh!t ton of SAMI units and that is all I'm willing to disclose.
