Infomed Negotiations Ongoing?They have to complete this - per the last disclosure - by the end of today deadline. So I guess that means by midnight tonight Swiss time which would be 6 pm North American time. So we will (should) get disclosure after the close of trading today and no later than Monday morning before the commencement of trading. Presumably it will be good news and Infomed will approve the plan for Dialco moving forward. Speculation seems to say the plan will involve others taking the lead in getting DIMI over the finish line ("when not if" per management).
Dialco is a very material asset in Spectral with substantial investment over time that has grown exponentially in value. Management and those in governance have a fiduciary responsibility to do everything possible to protect the asset and realize full value for Spectral and all its shareholders. So the time for performance is now at hand. Let's hope the result achieved is in line with or better than Dialco's inherent value.
