Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. Looking forward to seeing more of the Specifics on this Deal. Is it possible that Spectral's 30% would be on World Wide Distribution of The Dimmi as apposed to 100% North American? If so that would just about put things right back in place for Value! And on top of that No More Royalties or Funding requirements. Just Profit! 
Well let's see what comes up. Should hear something by the end of the week!

The Share Price will start climbing into January...February...like usual..but this year (2023) I don't see much reason for pull backs...$hould be a Great Summer...especially if Seto, Kellum & Co want to see their incentive Shares!
