Dialco Loss of 70% "Not Material"Has anyone heard anything more from either Spectral or the regulators on this? This non-disclosure of a material event still stings. I did go to Sedar to see how often they issued separate news releases related to our investment in Dialco. Since 2018 there are quite a few of these along with Dialco prominently discussed in most news releases. Doesn't have the appearance of being a non-material asset over the last five years.
Also, in Feb 2020 Paradigm ascribed a value of $147.633 million to the Dialysis investment which even today is around $0.50 per Spectral share. For a company trading at $0.385 per share I would consider that material.
Has Spectral provided anyone with any real evidence to back up their assertion that Dialco is not material? Or just the unsubstantiated statement from themselves?
