RE:Baxter vs Seto and Co.. Despite words of encouragement from your new cheerleader BSW ( a self admitted opportunist that preys on people's fears - see fall 2021)
... there are several holes in your thesis
ON top of the $6.5 M Baxter purchased dont forget the millions more in notes that were purchased just 2 months ago.
And they are spending more big $ on commercialization preparations including Prism HP approvals ( unless you think Spectral is lying in its NR?)
On top of that, Baxter was fully aware of the latest rate of enrolment ( you know the 1 enrollee in Dec on which you are basing your whole 180 degree shift in sentiment and or latest FUD programme).
Also aware of the meager enrolment in the fall, was none other than the FA80 who were apparently goodwiddit - so much so that they coughed up another +\- $5m. As were key members of the BOD who coughed up $ AND who were/are also apparently fine with the two key Mgrs - I wonder why? What more does Baxter and FA80 and the BOD know that a small group of retailers do not? My gut is that one " disillusioned" paid bad guy with several handles and an agenda, knows but is not at liberty to say.
Baxter wanted and got RoFR on distribution rights for PMX ( the only hope on the horizon to effectively treat Sepsis since oXiris doesn't work that well ) ... and will pay more to seal up access to a multi-billion $ opportunity ( albeit 2 more redacted amounts that I would guess adds up to more than 8 figures.)
At that point, Spectrals job is done... and it's Baxters move if they want ALL the profits and control in NA. Not to mention worldwide control of the critical FDA approved companion diagnostic ( the keys to the car) owned outright by Spectral.
Good thing that the Dialco asset was carved out first - makes it easier to effect a share purchase without a mixing of the distinct assets owned proportionately by all shareholders. When you sell the house you might include the drapes but typically not the grand piano, dog, and collection of rare whiskies
