As always, concerned that IF we need more $, that it will be done, once agaiin, at too low of a SP (ie. with unnecessary dilution)
A better US presence puts more eyeballs on the stock by a factor of maybe 25 X.
And why not be in the market that the product will eventually be sold into, where the internatiaonl Golden seal of approval is being sought, and where the lions share of investable dollars are?
The 64k question, as always, is, does the BOD want eyeballs going into the end-game ?
Eyeballs = demand. And It's a supply demand equation for shares.
