So you're worried enough to contact the board, but so nervous you can't speak your truth here in public.. I think you might be the one who needs to take a deep breath and ask yourself the "what can I do.." question. Shilling just aint going to do it.
And as far as new investors? That's a pipe dream- first off, how would they stumble in here? and if they could read a chart what would make them stay for 5 min? You're not going to see a new face until there are major changes and someone comes in to turn enrollment around. Even if the price were to drop dramatically- it will not be newbies picking up the crumbs.
