Management signed away FDA and CA approvals we paid for- how could they be material? Right?
They obviously are afraid to publicly own up to their failures- so would rather take their chance with any regulatory blow back on disclosure.
I see no future meaningful information coming from them on the loss. They want you to forget about it.
