How does that square with Seto and co telling everyone ITS NOT MATERIAL so no details. That's like saying the Ukraine war is not material to the world political order. Or Mitch and Austin aren't material to the Leafs. This is material in everyone's world except the people responsible for this huge failure and lack of disclosure of the facts.
