Here's what I know. Baxter has a deal with Spectral most of which is redacted. Baxter recently determined to make a direct investment into Spectral. Baxter also recently announced a reorganization with KidneyCo - a $5 billion spinoff - which prominently featured the EAA and PMX amongst just a few products. Launch is 12 to 18 months which is January 2024 to July 2024. -AP
