There is a demand side problem with the supply/ demand equation

OTCQX requires >$1

To argue against RS ( to setup US presence) is to argue for (1) heavier go-forward dilution - and relinquishing future profits to a bunch of late-comers, and those with far less skin in the game ( eg option an warrant recipients) and ( 2) a SP that is stalled due to lack of demand.
