I followed your link and did a quick review. Prominent was the fact the information on clinicaltrials.gov was updated at June 9 2023. I assume your sleuth skills weren't sufficient to pick up on that fact prominently displayed. But you then accused Spectral of "trial misinformation" for October 2023 disclosures that aren't included in the official site at June 2023.
I think it's very obvious who is spreading misinformation about this trial...
