The simple fact isSpectral and Baxter took a Milestone that has always been about "Interim Enrollment" numbers and the confimation of positive trial numbers at 60%- and they purposfully hid that information from the Market and destroyed any chance for it to be viewed as a major "Milestone" a "Catalyst", or even a positive.
Look at the headline of their joint PR:
"Spectral Medical Announces Amendment and Extension of Exclusive Supply and Distribution Agreement With Baxter"
WTF. Zero mention of a trial Milstone or anything that would even trigger this PR. Just some boring old houskeeping contract update.
WHY?
You'd have to read through 6 paragraphs before Tigris is even mentioned- and then it's in some off handed way.. clearly not the subject of this PR!
Baxter won't even mention the FDA trial. And of course In Print they won't make the claim of not seeing the data.. Let Seto whisper that on a call.
It is no accident- re-read THEIR PR it's crafted to hide all positives of the "Interim Enrollment" - and that naturally would crush the SP.
The real question is- WHY, or WHO gains from this?
