RE:Baxter ramping up hiring for VantiveNice find. Looks like things are on schedule for a Vantive spin off in July. I'd imagine the surge in hiring is to cover all those over lapping jobs that the Baxter and Vantive had shared in the past but now need individually. It will be interesting to follow this spin out and how she performs, especially where she 'prices' on opening day.
