Questions I submitted for the Virtual meeting

1. Please outline Spectral's vision for 2,5 and 10 years including milestones.

2. Has the company considered divesting non-core businesses like the reagents
    business?

3. Markets know the best, stock price reflects investor perception of its ability to grow
its profits in the future, no doubt higher valuation also means potentially thwarting a
lowball takeover attempt- how would you respond If I suggested management is not
    concerned about creating shareholder value.

4. What can you tell us about the $1.6million fee paid to a consultant last year?

5. Is the company perceived to be an acquisition target? Has the company received
offers to be acquired? How have management and the board responded?

6. Would the board recommend acceptance of a tender offer at an amount in excess of
current market price lets say $2, why not especially the stock price keeps going
down everytime there is FDA approval and the only response is it is going down due
to shareholders who don't have a long term faith in the company.

7. Does the company have "poison pill" arrangements or other anti-takeover provisions
in place to discourage a hostile takeover especially if a company comes and
lowballs? Do such arrangements entrench management at the expense of
     shareholders

 8. Does the company monitor changes in stock ownership to anticipate takeover
    attempts?

9.  Does the management monitor trades by friends and family of insiders to keep the
stock price low to acquire options

10. If you were wearing your competitors hat what would you tell the current
management about how well/poorly current management and BOD
created/destroyed shareholder value taking in consideration Trials/US non listing,
      constant reduction of stock price

11.  Still continuing in the competitors shoes would you say the marketing efforts or
Dialco could have been more aggressive?

12.  Can you summarise internal NPV calculations ascribed to each distribution
agreement entered with Infomed, Baxter and Toray?

13.  Do you believe that the company’s stock is fairly valued?

14.  With the pent up in demand for reagents due to covid19 why did our sales go
      down?

15. What actions is the company taking to improve investor confidence and the stock’s
      performance?

16.  On Glassdoor ex and anonymous employees disclose favourtism and laid back
attitude in sales teams and also negative feedback about executive team- have you
     considered seeking employee feedback.

17. How would you justify hiring Dr. Gualtiero Guadagni, Ph.D who primarily worked in
Europe as the head of Dialco, division which requires negotiating with north
     american hospitals

18. Is the market Spectral in consolidating? How will recent mergers and acquisitions in the industry affect the company? How does the company plan to compete against larger
companies that can benefit from market synergies and economies of scale? What are the company's plans related to acquisitions or divestitures?

Lonterm, Some excellent questions and some incredibly self-incriminating ones for them to answer. It will be interesting to see how they pick and choose questions to let the INVESTING PUBLIC know about the company!! Will there be more announcements this week to further ENHANCE the reason for a VIRTUAL INVESTORS' DAY???? Will it be "Tell and Show" or "(For) Show and Tell"
