Promises Promises
This is from the June 4, 2021 presentation (6.5 weeks ago). I have looked at it several times and not a hint of an offering for $10 million at a stinko price per share. In fact the Nasdaq listing and Dialco Private funding show prominently. So what should shareholders make of this? Why fall out of bed on a Tuesday morning and decide to do a spur of the moment bought deal overnight at well below the entity value to be announced on Wednesday morning? How is that Nasdaq listing effort coming along? And what about the Dialco private funding effort talked about since last December? Are the presentations from Spectral for show only? Does management have any credibility?

Chart from the June 4 presentation wouldn't copy. Assuming it hasn't been removed from the website have a look ai it there.

Lots of questions/comments/concerns but does anybody actually take these to the company or just stick to complaining to this board?
