1 Patient enrolled per month..

What is there to say about Seto and Kellum? They have shown us again that they are UN ABLE.

Their quotes in the release literally sound insane at this point.  "upticks", "historic flu season", "staffing shortages"... they can't even bother to try and sound convincing with their half excuses.

And once again no responsability taken.

This company with around 30 employees- has one job. The PMX Tigris trial is there only job. There are no products being invented. Spectral only exists to finish the PMX trial. And at $1 million burned per patient they are completly UN ABLE.

The board is as checked out as management is. Time for shareholders to join forces and demand change.

All of us are frustrated with the lack of performance so far.  Recent events:  - lost 70% of Dialco for zero and no disclosure so we have no idea what happened.  - Tigris trial now at 50 of the 150 and still 40 short of the interim target.  - management and the BOD seem to care less about keeping their shareholders properly informed.  - management doesn't respond to ...more

Yeah, the last time Seto and Kellum were hiding behind "staffing shortages" they gave away control of DIMI and SAMI. No we are again hearing the "staffing shortages" excuse, watching a trial flounder, and a buyer licking their lips. I have zero trust in this cabal.  Investors would run for the doors- if there were doors. One thousand dollars traded today. Try to sell ...more

I can buy that AP  (and probably will if given a chance) The only people in a position to change things have to decide if they really want to. In the meantime, the task for some posters here is to continue putting up the sign, that keeps getting knocked down... KEY POUT No Newbies Allowed. Question for you AP Your post implies that investors may have to settle for a lower price if the ...more

You are the weakest shill.  We are all waiting for your detailed breakdown of how many dollars a share  it's worth if the "FDA task isn't quite completed". Very credible question guy.

I'm not in that camp, and so won't bother to do that valuation. But thanx for chiming in. If you're so inclined, to do it yourself, here's a head start on the formula. (n= number enrolled in Tigris to date, En = Euphrates total = 170, Tt = Target Tigris = 150, ABe = Absol Benefit under Euphrates 10.?, ABt = Absol. Benefit under Tigris at various points = {20,25,30,...}, CG ...more

Hmmmmmmm - nobody can do a precise calculation unless you're on the inside.  Management knows and the BOD knows and Baxter/KidneyCo know as they are all privy to the redacted Baxter agreement together with the results of the Tigris trial and numerous other pieces of information on the inside.  They even know what happened that led to the loss of 70% of Dialco.  But they're ...more

I believe Baxter made a deal a few years ago and maybe Management are dragging this out for more (we all know why). Now that Baxter is in this, you could see the FDA give them an early Approval to use, because of the deaths it will save. Price $6.50

Nice post. Maybe we're getting warmer ?! Here's a few expanded thoughts.  Maybe the deal made included variables, vs a set price. Re"  "deaths it will save" , I prefer to refer to think of it as  "lives it will save"  (sort of glass half full).  Anyway EDEN is designed for "label expansioin"  Did anyone catch the wording ...more

I was not truly asking for MM calculations as there are dozens he's posted here that get more riduclous with the passing of each million dollar month. The question of assigning it a value is not the question at hand. The question is how we see any value with this management and their approach? In April the Tigris trial will be 3 years old. So, 50 patients in 33 months. an average of 1.5 ...more

Hi MM.  In my mind the ultimate price for the FDA approved completed phase 3 EAA/PMX is a finite number.  Obviously all the influencing factors in the world that change with time (size of market, competition, inflation, expected returns) would affect that number.  So it could go up or done with market forces. And we are less than 100% done as the choir went to great lengths to ...more

Baxter going to suck them dry on thee front end with milestone payments..In the end they will own a large % before sticking it to Spectral in the end. Seto has no shot VS the Baxter team... High school second team VS. seasoned pro's.

a lot of paycheques before we have to worry about this. 5 years from now is $50m dollars. Then we have to wait for FDA decision etc. this is going right through to Setos retirement. The wonderful thing is that two CEOs will likely have paid themselves handsome salaries right through to retirement. Minimum effort and maximum results. It's truly a Christmas miracle.

Thanks Rikkie. Sadly, the first useful post I've seen here. Even sadder, the news.  https://donaldvbrown.ca/tribute/details/7723/Paul-Djonovich/obituary.html I met Paul (aka STT and numerous other handles) around 2005 at a Spectral AGM. He was a really nice guy and I had a few years of decent conversations with him. He was passionate about EDT and it's potential success. Yes, he used ...more

Now to your post AP "Obviously all the influencing factors in the world that change with time (size of market, competition, inflation, expected returns) would affect that number.  So it could go up or done (ed down) with market forces" I think it only goes up.  Based on all the RWE I read and the "exceeding expectations" guidance & ultimately it's impact on ...more

How many times will we repeat "exceeding expectations" ?  I'm sorry but if it's not a shill it's intellectually lazy. Has anyone involved heard of a small sample size? Would people working in science say such things with only 1/3 of the data unless they were beyond desperate? To read their "corporate highlight" about "reaching 30% of their enrollment ...more
