Maybe the CFO left because he figured if a buyout happens, his job is redundant and nothing there for him anymore.None of us know, so it is speculation on both sides.  I for one hope he left due to seeing his role as redundant. Fingers crossed on that.

According to SEDI Mr. McInnis has 973,800 options and 619,430 rights. The fact that he left Spectral for another opportunity in no way prevents him from making a huge profit from his association with Spectral.
