Many here will remember the abrupt sell off in the days leading up to the Feb 4 2020 news release of the Baxter- Spectral partnership.
And I am sure they’d remember how suspicious the sell down looked- it was hard to not see it as a group using inside info to kick down the share price, and color the news of the Baxter deal. (AB 80 anyone?)
Are we again on the verge of Baxter/ Spectral news? and will we see similar inside info games?
After years of Spectral publishing statements a la "At 90 patients Baxter will have access to raw data "
Spectral has now removed that language- now simply stating: "Baxter has the option to make the second milestone payment"
Does this mean Baxter had already accessed the Tigris data? would that be material- given the numerous, previous assertions to investors?
Would investors hear if that data had changed the Baxter/Spectral relationship- if say Baxter was now actively using their influence with Drs. and hospitals to increase Tigris enrollment?
If such changes have happened- when will Spectral management notify their shareholders? Or how long will insiders alone hold that information? Will we see the 2020 games by those inside play out again?
