JB this was a Sell The News Event which we know is a common occurrence. Yes we got the 90 but the fact that BAXTER'S response is still UNKNOWN.... there is still an element of risk in the air. I had friends call me today asking "so what if BAXTER doesn't want to go forward after they see the data?" What can you say......other than these guys are in The Big League.... they know

Read the analyst report. They again reference the Critical Care article authored by Dr Kellum and 15 investigators...96% chance of approval with a threshold they are far exceeding. The analyst thinks in will be a matter of a few weeks before the further partnership is announced.

I agree sell on the news but it is different here, if Baxter bails will you buy on the dip ? I agree that today was a disappointment as The News was weak in content! Not discouraged in any way as to the final outcome, just to be clear! I and my associates did NOT Sell any Shares today and like I have said in the past will start Selling when we are in the Dollars. We need Trading Volumes in the Millions per day which will eventually come at the appropriate time.  I believe 100

Rev, It was a pretty colourless release. They could have done much better with the content. I recommend reading the analyst report if you can.

Chester. Is the new Analyst Report out ? wasn't expecting it until post 90.  I personally was not expecting much in the way of SP appreciation from the 90 patient milestone NR . Maybe if it drifts into the consciousness of US investors somehow.  What matters is what Baxter does, now that it's official ( nod to the General).  And they may have to at least wait 28 days

Most interesting thing I saw in the Paradigm update is that they expect "Baxter to make a quick decision," and that they expect, "a joint announcement in the coming weeks." What "coming weeks" means is for each of you to decide but for me, I just see it as another sign of things moving quickly and happening with a sense of urgency going into this July Vantive/Baxter

Spam, why would Baxter not pay? You don't think they read the Critical Care article that gives them a 96% probability of success, at a lower threshold than they are performing. Baxter extending the deal is a formality. But I suppose that with bashers running out of ammo it's a good short term scare tactic.

I am not saying Baxter will not pay. But if Baxter paying was 100% why is the SP going languishing since the annoucement? There is always risk of the unexpected. The market will not react until we have an official annoucement. I am referring to MercedesLadyBoy always trying to spin everything for a pump.
