My phone when in and out a few times during the call, did Baxter even look at the Spectral data?
Or was Baxter seeing the data another potental red flag from the FDA post 150?

over all a very weird call.

Baxter did not exercise its right to access thr data,,,,,,weird!!

On the call they talked about Baxter not wanting to take the "risk" of looking at data and the danger of released data being construed as an "interim analysis"  that might somehow affect later FDA deliberations. They talked about bad optics and the possibility of a "data penalty" I wonder if there is a more knowledgable poster on the board who would be willing

I agree that Baxter have seen the data- and they saw it early/  around 82. So why would they cover it up and deny it? And are there any of the many who want to blow the whistle? Feel free to PM..
