Share Price Drop
We hit $0.67 a share a couple of weeks ago on positive fundamentals and it looks like the manipulators and bashers now have it down to $0.50 a share. Is there now a fundamental issue with Spectral's value?
Tigris trial seems to be going quite well and the interim enrollment of 90 hit with enrollment numbers quite buoyant recently. So that isn't it.
Baxter is the major player involved and they just confirmed they are in for PMX and EAA for the long term - 10 years from FDA approval!!! And don't forget they must meet minimum volumes each year so Spectral's cashflow has a floor for protection. So that isn't it.
Management changes? None of note although there are some departures that would be greeted with joy - but none that have been made public. So that isn't it.
Analyst being negative? Quite the contrary with very positive language. So that isn't it.
What's left? Oh - is it option granting time? Curious that the share price always drops around the time options and other goodies are being handed out. Random coincidence you think? We'll see very soon if that's it.

Good post - all nails hit on the head. Coincidental I am sure, but the bashers seem to come out in droves before options are granted. We are down 10's of millions in our already paltry market cap since the "major milestone" was hit. That can't be happenstance.

So your premise is that those who receive options (Management) are artificially manipulating the SP down so they can get more/ cheaper options? Correct? That would be a huge issue! That's illegal manipulation by the CEO, CMO, BOD and others who "ARE" this company! Boy. If I said that I'd be called a "basher"
