Goldman has put a price target of $1200 for Gold all the way out to 2017. While I believe it is on the low side, albeit it does provide a kind of floor to the market as that is what GS has put out in their note yesterday as the marginal cost of Gold production. at 1200 avg price, and assuming a $1000 AISC (EDV's target AISC going foward) with a production of 450000 oz, that will equate to 90 million net cash flow on the conservative side. In other words, EDV at a minimum will be producing 90 million dollars worth of net cash flow going forward.
