RE:Investor Class Action Investigation: Endeavour MiningPlease Garth go away. Take your 'gold digging' lawyer bullshxt somewhere else. Class actions - are always only for the benfit of the lawyers ( ok almost always). How could a class action against our own company possibly help us shareholders. So say 'we' win, and by 'we' I mean mostly you. And Endeavour is ordered to pay , just saying , $750 million , approx the market cap loss. So you take what ? 50% or more is pretty standard. And each of us shareholders gets about a dollar per share (based on the huge $750 million payout which would never be awarded. Most often the award is negotiated between the company and the lawyers, just to get the thing settled as they are very disruptive to the company, to be equal to the lawyers bill) . And if that amount were awarded, ( impossible as it is) EDV share price would crater by maybe $ 5 dollars a share. Great win for the lawyers, for the share holders a big loss, which is what these class actions always are.
