If and when the production results increase the share price will follow subject to dilution of stock  or a drop in oil price . However, I strongly disagree with your "total confidence in mngt " .If you spend a few hours reading older  sedar reports you will  see mngt have consistently missed projections . I would suggest Sept.9 of 08 mangetout was quoted under Production Guidance of 800boepd by Q1 of 09and 1000 boepd by Q2of 09 .Here we are 2 full years later and mngt saying they could not forsee this production problem .We still are not at 1000boepd going into Q3  2010 . We will probably have missed this guidance by a year and a half,by the time they solve the problem.That in my eyes is poor management ,so I hope another company takes a run at us and we can all see a share price increase sooner than later .
