Maybe you don't understand what it really means... they just crossed the desired financial ratio-- that was it. it's just a number on a piece of paper meant to be used as a guideline. They exceeded the desired 2:1 ratio...In no way are they behind on any payments or anything of that nature.

 

maybe you didn't read that part or the part where it said 'the lender waives thier right to call in the Debt.' LOL.

 

Clearly this would indicate confidence in the company.
