RE: Bad chart - Buyer BewareInvesting in exploration and junior miners is a crap shoot. Many have great potential only to fall short. That is why they are selling at this price as opposed to $10+. Also, when the overall markets get hit junios and exploration companies, especially mining companies, often take a bigger hit. Beyond that these type of companies often trade on the junior markets and are subject to the whims and ripoffs of market makers and specialists, as well as thieving brokers.
In other words you should not be investing (gambling) in these types of stocks unless you are a heavy sleeper. The above are only a few of the problems you face holding this type of stock. Should I mention management that is often made up of good miners but poor managers, dilution caused by the need for more funds to keep drilling and pay other costs - as so on.
Of course with this much risk comes the potential for huge profits. You have to do thorough DD, keep doing DD, make sure you have a trading position and a core position, and if you set a stop/loss make sure t is very loose. Tight stops will be hit in a heartbeat.
Personally I have vetted this stock as thoroughly as I can and hold five figure core and trading positions with no stop here as I think we are within 10-15% of the bottom - perhaps the bottom has already been set. If so the ride up in the near term will be very tradeable. Usually however August is a horrible time. October should reveal much more.
