RE:If the deal collapses this thing will rebound big timeWhy do these posts always come out so quickly(regarding lawsuits)....since every Tom,_ick and Harry ambulance chaser can pop out as many internet posts as they want all claiming to be "willing" to sue/and or initiate a lawsuit on "behalf" of said shareholders......at least there should be some "space" between the deal being announced and the shareholders here and at URZ, getting an opportunity to vote...up or down....and then go back to the firms and watch and wait for them have their hands in your pockets to collect...win or lose...
...since URZ is now in "play"(just my opinion)... it,a very big it,might be the more "safer" move between the two... considering EFR mgmt was allowing URZ shareholders to own more of the combo(55% Vs 45%)...there seems to be a hint of why is this "deal" necessary?
I have taken the URZ shrs(down of course now) to see who comes out of the wood-work...which is never a given...but worth a shot...GLTA and hope the transactions benefits everybody.
****Been awhile since the Hathor(HAT.TO) Rio/CCO bidding war....but somehow this does not have the same feel around it....maybe the $36 U price has something to do with it?
