On this pullback.    A break above $3 and wee could see a quick move to $4.   Next level up 3.20 target.   And then the push to $4.    Watch for confirmation in next day or so.   Support at 2.50

What would drive the price higher? I dont see it. They have no revenue at this point in time. In 2018 the sp went to 5 because they were selling vanadium at a high price. Now they are selling nothing. Is it hope of the DOE rescue? Like a salesman knows very well, you can have a very promising looking sale, but until you get the contract signed you have nothing
