The offer is a joke....it should be at least $20.  Long term target is $40+ by Doody based on $1500 gold.

Looks like Eldorado is offering a buyout of European Goldfields that values European at about 13.08 (2.4 billion).  Seems quite light to me. This offer doesn't even match European's 52 ...more

...at least double the current SP to even get management to sit at the table and talk with them...and even that's an undervaluation...I'll not tender my shares for less than $25 cash a share ...more
