Frewil1...A bit on the Proposed rail
Actually the Deep Water Antseraka Port is close to Soalara which is also a Port. Check page 12 of https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20120130/pdf/42401clf1kh70p.pdf
Note that the Proposed Rail heads SW from Lemur's Imaloto Coal Project and thru the larger Sakoa Coal Property and West to the coast, then north to Soalara where the deep water Antseraka Port is located. I understand Lemur plans to produce 1.0 million tonne coal annually and Sakoa has plans to produce from 3.0 to 5.0 million tonne coal annually.
