RE:13g filing

RE:13g filing
FarrariPB..... I'm not totally sure, but according to the Statement of Ownership (sc 13g), I calculated that the six (6) separate VR Entities including Mr. Dietz hold about 222,928,470 shares. It checks out to about 65.4% of Energizer's 344.1 Million shares.

The 6 VR entities are: VR Global Parners LP, VR Advisory Services Ltd, VR Capital Participation Ltd, VR Capital Group Ltd, VR Capital Holdings Ltd, and Mr. Dietz.

If I'm correct, I'd wish that the VR Entities take a JV interest in Energizer's Madagascar -Green Giant Graphite and Vanadium Properties- by surrendering a percentage of their share holdings to Energizer for a similar percentage of their JV interest. Energizer would hold such shares for future developments in the properties. Perhaps JP Morgan, Chase can also join the JV, or perhaps provide the property development loan. DRA can handle the JV partners interest.

Any way its just my thinking. has anyone have any other ideas?

Wish all a Happy New Year.
