For  6 mill.$  they solled  they  sole  and the  company  to  the devil !!!!
What  a  shame !!!!!!!  They must be desperate  , Im  supprised  ,  they  didnt pick a partner from 
germany or  even  china  , what  ever happend to   The  " CAT "  deal ? did they  walked away from  energizer  ????

A) CAT wasn't a deal, it was only a letter of interest to be a potential financing company for ENZR once they reached progress with a large off-take deal for construction of their graphite mine. B)  They are negotiating with a few very LARGE partners (could be German, Japanese, or ??), and likely not china as they usually try to take you to the cleaners. C) They did a private "sale ...more

Spartex, When you read the Seeking Alpha article that Riverrock posted, you have to wonder why we're so badly diluted relative to the others.  I will first blame McKinnon and Schler as they deserve blame (and prison) for their thieving ways.  But aside from that, our management has constantly said that they need new money for this testing or that; this engineering or that; producing ...more
